ZEOLITE

Zeolite has wide range of applications in Environmental Remediation, Feed Industry, Agriculture  Landscaping.
ZEOLITE AS FEED ADDITIVE:

Binds mycotoxins, other toxins and heavy metals from the feed onto itself and they are all discarded from the animal’s body with its feces, as zeolite does not remain in the animal’s body

Increases the flowability of the feed by acting as an anti-caking agent
Improves uniform and more homogeneous dispersion of feed ration ingredients and additives within the feed formula by reducing agglomeration and caking during the mixing of the feed
Removes the excess moisture from the feed thanks to its high moisture adsorption capacity
Makes it easier to handle and store the feed
Increases growth rate and and daily weight gain by imroving feed conversion efficiency
Supports proper growth and development of bone tissue and structure
” In ruminants ”  improves rumen microbial activity and ionic buffering in the digestive tract
” In poultry “ contributes to the production of harder eggs with thicker crust
Boosts and strengthens the immunity system of animals against several hazardous diseases
Significantly reduces the occurance of diarrhea and soft feces, and hence reduces the problems caused by abundence of wet litter and ammonia in animals’ living space
Clears the mucus layer in the intestines, enabling animals to assimilate and to benefit from more of the nutrients that are provided with the feed
Reatly decreases the ammonia emission from animal feces by preventing the occurance of wet litter, and hence improves the air quality within the animals’ living spaces

ZEOLITE IN ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION:
Zeolite is a powerful tool in facing various environmental problems. Zeolite is highly effective at removing hdyrocarbons, radioactive cations, ammonia and heavy metal cations in industrial environments. Essentially, zeoite functions as a molecular sieve that adsorbs, absorbs, binds and immobilizes solid particles, liquids and gases in its honeycomb structure. As a result, zeolite prevents the release of contaminant and toxins into delicate ecosystems.
Clinoptilolite Zeolite:
Clinoptilolite Content %95 ( Regular Zeolite 55 – 70% )
Bulk Density 0.87 tons/m3 ( Regular Zeolite 1.21 tons/m3 )
Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) 165 meq/100gr ( Regular Zeolite 120 meq/100gr )
Clinoptilolite content is very important in environmental remediation projects to reduce costs. High clinoptilolite content provides high yield with less quantity of zeolite plus less workforce to apply and renew.
ZEOLITE IN AGRICULTURE & LANDSCAPING:
Increases the water retention and nutrient holding capacity of the soil, improves the structure, aeration and performance of the soil
Increases the crops’ and plants’ root development, growth and survival rate
Reduces the need for watering and irrigation by up to as much as 50%
Facilitates a harvest of the same amount of better-quality products (i.e. crops/fruits/vegetables/flowers/turf) with much less (at least 30-35% less) fertiliser use
Provides stronger and deeper root development, leads to faster and better growth
Minimises uptake of hazardous heavy metals from the soil by crops and plants
Furnishes the crops and plants with higher resistance to drought stress and diseases
Ameliorates salinty stress and improves nutrient balance in sandy soils
Provides excellent drainage during periods of heavy rainfall, prevents the formation of moss and other harmful algae in the soil
Reduces the time, effort and cost that are otherwise required for the maintenance and care of crops and plants
Lasts for at least 2-3 years and doesn’t require application every year
Can be easily applied at the same time with fertilisation and together with the fertiliser, so it doesn’t require additional time or manpower to apply it
Is 100% natural, non-toxic, free of pesticides, without any negative side effects for the crops’ and plants’ health, and without any hazard or side effect for animal and human health as well.
